Surgery Information & Forms
New patients need to complete their part in the New Patient forms and bring them to their first office visit.
Patients having surgery:
Patients who are having surgery or are considering surgery in the near future need to print the Pre-op Medications list concerning medications and herbs that CANNOT be taken 3-4 weeks before surgery.
Do not take any medication that contains aspirin for 4 weeks prior to buttocks augmentation surgery and 3 weeks prior to all other surgeries. Aspirin affects your blood’s ability to clot and could increase your tendency to bleed at the time of surgery and during the post-operative period. Please check the labels of medications that you take (even those available without prescription) to ensure that you do not take aspirin.
The medications on the following list interfere with blood clotting. Serious bleeding complications may occur at surgery. Stop taking any of these immediately the day you decide on surgery and at least three weeks prior to the procedure. If you need to take something for relief of minor pain, you may take Tylenol.
For patients considering cosmetic surgery, note the New Patient forms below and provide information that pertains specifically to you. Be sure to read them carefully. Other information will be given to you at the time of your visit.
